The Institute has now decided to tread on a new path, thereby bringing in a revolution in India, in the field of education by introducing the latest methods and strategies beneficial for students ranging from the age group of 2-12years. The art of teaching English to the young learners needs specialized training as it is considered to be a highly technical task, handling the future citizens of the country. We, at the Institute work on the potentials and equip our trainee teachers with the intricate details, necessary skills and techniques besides the confidence and the abilities required to teach and satisfy the specific needs of the Pre Primary and the Primary levels. There are various approaches to the Pre and Primary levels ranging from Piaget to Reggio. The course works on combining technical and the practical aspects and provides a platform for those who wish to be acquainted with the latest techniques and methodology in teaching the Young Learners. As we all know that activities, ,games, fun and humour is the essence of any classroom, our prime endeavour is to provide adequate training not only to teach various subjects with an integrated approach but also to make the classes as interactive as possible. We administer the Thematic Approach, bringing under one roof subjects like, English, Maths, Environmental Studies, Art and Music. The course has been specially designed keeping in mind the challenges and the difficulties one faces while handling the Montessori and the primary levels. It has been observed that although there is an increasing demand for well trained teachers, unfortunately there is a dearth of technically qualified and highly motivated teachers for the Young Learners. Handling the Young Learners is by no means an easy task. It is an extremely demanding job where the teachers need to be, motivated, patient and technically aware. By the end of the course the teacher trainee is not only equipped with a certificate acknowledged world wide but is also well prepared to handle all kinds of situations related to Montessori, Pre Primary and Primary levels.
