The course is categorically divided into eight phases and two additional phases for the Research module. Although, teaching practice is not mandatory for the online course, it is suggested that the candidates do it from any local schools.

Qualified Online tutors will be there to guide you with the assignments which you will be required to submit on time. Your work will be evaluated and feedback will be given so that you can identify your errors and work on those areas thereby helping you to improve continuously.

Another feature of the Online Diploma is that the reading materials will include in-class training videos which help the candidates in getting an in-class exposure, helping them understand the practical application of the theoretical knowledge learnt online.

Generally teaching practices are not included in online courses but we would recommend you to arrange for teaching practices by contacting pre and primary schools. The teaching practice sessions give an exposure to the in-class environment, help to understand the behavioral and learning patterns of children and practically apply the theoretical knowledge gained during the online course. At least 4 teaching practices – 2 in Pre School and remaining 2 in primary school have to be completed by the candidates. An observe is assigned to evaluate the lesson plans performed by the trainee and then sent for evaluation which will then be signed and stamped by the School Head and sent back by the trainee to the course evaluator.
