Evaluation

Distance Education in Diploma Montessori teaching allows you the scope of self-study, research and presentation by means of your own effort devoting as much time as you want to.

The program is well structured and divided into various phases and modules which need to approached by the trainee, one by one. After the course materials are couriered to you, you need to study each module at a time. The module comes in the form of booklets which you need to read thoroughly to understand the methodology and technique of primary and pre school teaching.

After completion of each module, it has to be sent to the trainer via post, for correction. The trainers who are qualified and experienced in the teaching field for many years, analyze and evaluate the module and give feedback on the same and send it back to the trainee within the next 7-10days.

In the meanwhile the trainee is allowed to initiate the next module and after completion of the same, assignments will be allotted to them to complete within a time frame and the evaluation process takes place in the same way.

All modules need to be completed within a maximum time span of 6 months and the evaluated assignments will be sent from time to time so that the trainees learn their errors and works on them thereby improving their work.

The trainers will be available to clarify the trainees' doubts between 10am till 4pm via phone calls or by email.

The head trainer will be available on web cam on a fixed day of the month where you can chat online and watch her discus about the in-class teaching and about the tips to improve your skills.

The candidate will have to successfully complete all the phases (compulsory) and teaching practice (optional) in order to be certified within the time frame. The assignments will carry comments and grades and will not show any marks.

An additional 2 months will be given to the trainee and a project work on a specific subject matter related to teaching young learners and the trainees are expected to complete it within 2 months and submit a written thesis on it.

A Final Evaluation takes place based on this thesis. The Head trainer goes through the thesis and evaluates it with proper feedback on it.

The Diploma is granted to the trainees who do their assignments correctly from time to time and follow the patterns set by the trainer.

After receiving the Diploma the trainees can expect full support and assistance from us in their hunt for jobs worldwide.
